About Us

Irwin Construction is a design/build general contractor that specializes in custom homes, additions/remodels and light commercial projects. We have a very strong reputation in the area due to our high quality homes, speed and efficiency of building, honesty and consistently coming in or under budget. We achieve this through the consistency of our building system.

Many of our sub-contractors have been with us for 15-30 years and some since the start of our company in 1972. Two of our top employees have been with us for 35 and 32 years. The long-term understanding and working relationship between these individuals is what allows us to offer such a quality product. It also allows us to give an accurate start and finish date to our customers.
Our honesty really comes through in the entire building process as we work with you on all aspects of the construction but mostly with our price. We carefully listen to what you want in your home and then make sure it is budgeted for within our contract. We strive to finish at or below our upfront contract cost to you. We take a lot of pride in the fact that we stay on or ahead of schedule and within budget on our projects and we are very well known for this.

We do a great job of keeping our customers informed of the decisions they need to make for us as we go along. Trying to give plenty of time and reminders so that the decisions do not need to be rushed. Many of our customers have been leery to enter the construction process because their friends/relatives have warned them of the amount of stress that is associated with the building/remodeling process. These same customers at the end of our projects are very surprised at how easy and smooth it went because of the building process with Irwin Construction. We relate that to the fact of how we manage the building process and guide you through it step by step, giving you advice so you can make the right decision.

What has made Irwin Construction so well know is also the quality of products and materials we prefer to use for our projects. We select materials that have been proven to show quality and performance. This is why we use Anderson windows, CertainTeed products, American Standard, Aker and Moen products just to name a few.

It is a combination of all the above things together and more that make Irwin Construction what it is today.
